How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please submit a request through our Help Centre.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions via email along with a return label. Affix the label to the original packaging and drop off the parcel at your local Post Office or the designated carrier location outlined in the return instructions.

For all orders inside the UK, returns are processed via Evri or DPD.

Please ensure your return is dropped off within 7 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 7-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

To help us process your return swiftly, we kindly ask that all items from the same order are returned in one shipment.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transit. We may be unable to accept your return if the packaging is damaged.

Garments must be returned new, unused, and with all original Piazza Castello and designer tags still attached.

Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled, or altered may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Unidentifiable returns may be returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return has been successfully received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees if paid are not qualified for a refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.

To qualify for a refund, all original tags must be intact and the item must be returned in new, unused condition within its original packaging. Please note that returns may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged.

How to Return Your Order (In-Store Purchases)

To return an item purchased in-store, please visit the same branch where the original purchase was made. Kindly note that returns cannot be processed at other branch locations.

To ensure a smooth return process, please present your receipt or proof of purchase at the time of return.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original Piazza Castello and designer tags attached.

Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled, or altered may be declined and deemed ineligible for return.

Refunds
