Handle with care to preserve the quality and shape of your shoes. Use a shoehorn when putting them on and rotate pairs daily to allow each to rest. Exposure to natural elements may alter the upper and sole over time—this is a normal process and part of what gives your Piazza Castello shoes their unique character. To clean, gently wipe the fabric upper and soles with a damp, pale cloth. Avoid using soap or chemical cleaners. Do not machine wash. You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre.

Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 7 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 7-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact. Kindly note that discounted items are non-returnable.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.
