Cotton pieces from Piazza Castello are best cared for with a gentle, restrained approach: wash only when needed on a cool or lukewarm cycle with a mild liquid detergent, turning garments inside out to protect the surface. Avoid bleach and harsh softeners, and remove promptly from the machine to smooth seams and ease out creases by hand. Air dry wherever possible rather than using high heat, then steam or press on a suitable cotton setting from the inside or with a pressing cloth, especially on darker colours, to maintain a clean, polished finish. You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre.

Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 7 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 7-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact. Kindly note that discounted items are non-returnable.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.
