Purchases

On the product page, choose your preferred size and colour, then add the item to your shopping bag.
If your chosen size/colour is unavailable, please contact our Client Services team to contact you directly with availability details.
Proceed to checkout
Once your shopping bag is complete, proceed to checkout. You may log in to your account, create a new one, or continue as a guest.
Enter your details
Provide your personal information and delivery address, select shipping options before confirming your order details.
Payment
Choose your preferred payment method and submit your order. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, AliPay, Dana and GCash.
Order confirmation & delivery
Once payment is authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send you another email with delivery details and tracking information.
To locate a specific item, you can:
- Use the search bar at the top of our website by entering the product name, style, or keyword.
- Browse through our categories (e.g., Dresses, Jumpers, Outerwear) from the main menu.
- Filter results by size, fabric, or style to narrow your search.
Products available on our website are generally in stock, unless marked as Sold Out. Please note, however, that an item placed in your shopping bag is not reserved—another customer may complete their purchase first.
If your preferred size and colour combination is unavailable, we invite you to contact Client Services. Our team will liaise internally to confirm whether any stock remains and will update you directly. You may also request to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.
We unconditionally guarantee that every item purchased through this website is 100% authentic Piazza Castello, a registered trademark of Tessiland Limited.
Please note that we cannot verify or guarantee the authenticity of products purchased from any other websites or sellers not registered under Tessiland Limited. Our client services are available exclusively for purchases made through this official website.
Any other entities that may appear to use a similar name of the brand are not subsidiaries of Tessiland Limited unless explicitly stated and legally registered as such.

Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. You can also track the progress of your shipment at any time by logging into your account and selecting the relevant order.
For any custom or shipping orders placed in our stores, a store associate will contact you directly and provide all necessary details, including order tracking and any applicable additional charges.
If you wish to change or make amendments to your order, please contact us.
Please note that any changes or amendments to the order cannot be made to the order once the order is shipped.
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Should you prefer, you may request the courier to leave the parcel in a designated safe place. Please note, however, that Piazza Castello and the courier cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels once delivered.
Prices shown at checkout include all applicable duties and taxes for orders shipped within EU and other applicable European countries, so no additional charges will be incurred upon delivery.
For orders placed from non-EU countries, customs duties and import taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over £150 shipped to the United Kingdom.
Standard Shipping (3-5 days): £2.99 or FREE for orders over £150.
Express Shipping (1-2 days): £5.99 on all orders.

Yes. We offer free shipping for orders over £500 to the EU and orders over £800 to the rest of the world. Here is a summary of the shipping rates:
EU & other parts of Europe: £14.95 or FREE when you spend over £500.
USA & Canada: £24.95 or FREE when you spend over £500
Middle East, Asia & the Rest of the world: £24.95 or FREE when you spend over £800

If the item(s) for the order you have placed is in stock, we aim to dispatch them by the next business day.
Click & Collect: 24 hours. Pickup available from local stores based on stock.
UK Standard: 2-3 business days.
EU & Europe: 5-7 business days.
USA, Oceania, Asia & the Rest of the world: 5-15 business days.

You may choose to collect your order in store. On the order summary page, simply select the “Pick Up” option under the Delivery section after entering your email or phone number. A list of stores* offering the click & collect service will be displayed. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to our Delivery page.
Once your order has been dispatched to the selected store, you will receive an automated email from our logistics team. When the order is ready for collection, the store will contact you directly via telephone or email.
*Our Knightsbridge store is temporarily unable to offer pickup services.
Our pickup at store service is available at selected Piazza Castello boutiques. You may collect your order from the following London stores:

Our team will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Please only visit the store after receiving this confirmation.
When collecting your order, please bring:
- A valid ID (original payment card or government-issued photo ID)
- Your order confirmation email (printed or shown on a mobile device)
If someone is collecting on your behalf, they will need to present:
- A copy of your valid ID
- Their own valid photo ID
- Your order confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)
Returns
You can request for a free exchange or refund of your purchase within 7 days from the delivery of your order.
To initiate a return, please submit a request through our Help Centre.
The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. Returns on discounted products are non-returnable.
On receipt and verification of the returned item, we will reimburse both your return delivery fee (if applicable) along with the original purchase cost.
Please note, custom made orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Piazza Castello offers free worldwide returns on all orders. No additional taxes or duties will be applied to your return.
Refunds are issued at the original purchase price of the returned items, excluding any import duties or taxes that may have been paid at the time of purchase.
UK Return Options
For orders placed within the UK, you may choose one of the following return methods:
- ParcelShop Drop-Off: After submitting your return request, you will receive an email with instructions and a QR code. Simply present this code at your nearest Evri ParcelShop to drop off your return.
- Home Collection: If you prefer, you can request a courier collection from your address by contacting us. Please note that for this option, you will need access to a printer to print and attach the return label to your parcel.
International Return Options
For orders placed in the EU, United States, Middle East, and other international destinations, returns are arranged exclusively via collection through FedEx or UPS.
You will need access to a printer in order to print the required return labels and documents provided to you. We will also be in touch with you to arrange a suitable date for collection.
Please note that drop-off options are not available outside of the UK.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the date your return is received at our warehouse in United Kingdom.
You will receive an email notification from us when your refund is processed.
Once you receive a refund confirmation email from us, please allow 3–5 working days for your bank to process the transaction and for the amount to appear in your account.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.
Gift cards
Write a clear and concise answer to guide your customers.Gift Cards can be purchased via the Gift Cards link in the website footer. Please note that they are redeemable exclusively on piazzacastello.com and in selected stores*.
If you have any questions about purchasing or using a Gift Card, our please contact our Client Services team and they will be happy to assist you.
*Gift cards are only reedemable in store at the Marylebone and Chelsea stores.
Gift Cards can be applied during the checkout process. Once your items are in the basket, proceed to checkout and, in the Order Summary section (top on mobile, top right on desktop), select the 'Discount code or Gift card' text box. Enter your Gift Card code exactly as shown in your email and click Apply.
- The Gift Card value will be deducted from your total.
- Any remaining balance will stay on your card for future use.
- If your order total exceeds the Gift Card amount, you will be prompted to add an additional payment method.
To redeem your Gift Card in store, simply inform the store associate at checkout. You will be asked to provide your Gift Card code exactly as shown in your email.
- The Gift Card amount will be deducted from your final balance.
- Any unused value will remain on your card for future purchases.
- If your order total exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance can be paid using any accepted in-store payment method.
Piazza Castello cannot be held responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your authorisation. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact our Client Services team, who will be happy to help.
Account
No, you may complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account. Please note, however, that if you choose guest checkout, your order history will not be stored for future reference.
If you have forgotten your password, you can sign in using an alternative method. Simply click ‘Account’ at the top right of the page and enter your registered email address. A 6-digit code will be sent to your inbox, which you can use to securely access your account.

The cashmere collections are designed and produced in Italy, combining precious cashmere fibres with the latest trends, to offer contemporary and refined looks for women, men and children.
Our cashmere is sourced from Inner Mongolia.
By working closely with selected artisan farmers and adopting their exceptional expertise, knowledge and unquestionable skills, the noble yarns of cashmere are then sent to Italy where they are transformed into beautifully finished garments
