Composition: 100% Mulberry Silk, designed in Italy

Piazza Castello's mulberry silk is a luxurious, delicate fabric prized for its smooth texture and natural sheen. To preserve its elegance, hand wash in cold water with a gentle silk-friendly detergent, or use a machine’s silk cycle inside a protective laundry bag. Avoid wringing or twisting, and never use bleach. Dry flat in the shade, away from direct sunlight, and iron on a low setting while slightly damp, using a pressing cloth. Returns Information

You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre. Online order returns cannot be processed in store unless the item was originally purchased in person at that specific store.

Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 14 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 14-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact. Kindly note that discounted items are non-returnable.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.
