Materials & Care Information

Composition: 100% Virgin Wool, designed in Italy

Virgin wool at Piazza Castello is spun to hold its shape and softness, so care should be equally considered: rest pieces between wears, fold rather than hang heavy knits, and wash only when needed using a cool hand wash or a dedicated wool cycle with mild detergent. Gently press out excess water, reshape and dry flat away from direct heat or sunlight, never on a radiator or in a tumble dryer. If light pilling appears in areas of friction, remove it with a fine wool comb using a delicate touch, and store garments clean and folded in a cool, dry place to keep the fibre fresh and resilient. You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre.

Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 7 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 7-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact. Kindly note that discounted items are non-returnable.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.
