Our pure Good Cashmere Standard® 100% cashmere, sourced from the Inner Mongolian Mountains, is renowned for its quality. To maintain your cashmere, avoid friction with rough surfaces to prevent pilling. Hand wash with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, soaking for 10-15 minutes, and gently pressing to clean. Rinse thoroughly and lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight. For storage, fold and place items in a sealed bag with camphor tablets, or use a cotton canvas garment bag for coats to protect against insects and moisture. Dry cleaning is also recommended.

You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact. Kindly note that discounted items are non-returnable.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.

Exchange

Exchanges are available only for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.
