Composition: 100% Baby Cashmere, designed in Italy

Baby cashmere at Piazza Castello deserves the gentlest routine: rest pieces between wears, avoid wearing the same knit on consecutive days, and always fold rather than hang to protect the fibres. When cleaning is needed, use a cool hand wash with a specialist cashmere detergent, moving the garment softly in the water without rubbing or wringing, then rinse thoroughly. Press out excess water in a towel, reshape carefully and dry flat away from heat and sunlight. If light pilling appears in areas of friction, remove it with a fine cashmere comb using a delicate touch, and store garments clean, folded and in a breathable space so the fibre stays light, soft and resilient. You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre.

Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 7 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 7-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact. Kindly note that discounted items are non-returnable.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.
