Returns

You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact. Kindly note that discounted items are non-returnable.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.

Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are available only for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.

• Avoid friction with hard objects when wearing to minimise pilling. Handle gently when
putting on or taking off.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Gentle dry clean only.
• Lay flat to dry in a shaded area.
• Iron at a low temperature of 120°C-140°C to prevent heat damage to the cashmere.

For storage, fold the garment neatly, place it in a protective bag, and store it flat. Add cedar wood moth repellents if necessary to safeguard against moths.
