Cotton pieces from Piazza Castello are best cared for with a gentle, restrained approach: wash only when needed on a cool or lukewarm cycle with a mild liquid detergent, turning garments inside out to protect the surface. Avoid bleach and harsh softeners, and remove promptly from the machine to smooth seams and ease out creases by hand. Air dry wherever possible rather than using high heat, then steam or press on a suitable cotton setting from the inside or with a pressing cloth, especially on darker colours, to maintain a clean, polished finish. Returns Policy

You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre. Online order returns cannot be processed in store unless the item was originally purchased in person at that specific store.

Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 14 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 14-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.

Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
