Composition: 100% Calfskin Leather, designed in Italy

Handle with care to preserve the quality and shape of your shoes. Use a shoehorn when putting them on and rotate pairs daily to allow each to rest. Exposure to natural elements may alter the upper and sole over time—this is a normal process and part of what gives your Piazza Castello shoes their unique character. To clean, gently wipe the fabric upper and soles with a damp, pale cloth. Avoid using soap or chemical cleaners. Do not machine wash. Returns Policy

You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre. Online order returns cannot be processed in store unless the item was originally purchased in person at that specific store.

Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 14 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 14-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.

Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
