Composition: 100% Sheepskin Leather, designed in Italy

Store your Piazza Castello leather clothing on broad padded hangers so the shoulders are supported and the leather can relax. Keep them away from radiators and direct sunlight, and wipe light marks with a soft dry cloth or a barely damp one if needed, never soaking the leather. If the surface starts to feel dry, use a small amount of high-quality leather conditioner, applied sparingly and buffed with a clean cloth. For heavy soiling or stains, always use a specialist leather cleaner rather than attempting to wash the garment at home. Returns Policy

You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre. Online order returns cannot be processed in store unless the item was originally purchased in person at that specific store.

Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 14 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 14-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.

We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.

Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
